Regional Sea Grant logoSea Grant is a program of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) that connects 33 Sea Grant colleges and universities that conduct scientific research, education, and conservation projects in the United States’ coastal and marine waters as well in the Great Lakes. The Gulf Sea Grant program houses a team of extension agents that dedicate their time solely to oil spill science and outreach.
